Customer Service Checklist
In DCI's commitment to provide you with the best possible service, we need your help to ensure fast processing of your order. When you place your order, please have the following information available:
  • Customer number
  • Part number
  • Quantity determined for each part ordered
  • Ship-to address, if it is different than the billing address
  • Any special instructions for shipping or handling that you require
3-Day Delivery
Orders received by 4 P.M. (PST) are shipped the same day. Most orders are shipped via UPS 3-day delivery. You pay only the UPS Ground rate and DCI pays the difference!
 
Terms
Net 30 days on approved accounts; Visa or Mastercard can be used until credit is approved.
 
Return Procedure
Before returning the product, call DCI Customer Service for a Return Authorization Number. Please have the following when you call:
  • Customer number
  • Part number and quantities for all return items
  • The corresponding DCI invoice or order number
  • Carefully package all return items to prevent shipping damage
  • Write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package and reference the number on any accompanying items
  • Ship to DCI International at the shipping address printed below:

One Year Guarantee
DCI has put significant time and effort into designing, manucturing or selecting all the fine products within this catalog. Therefore we are able to fully guarantee every product we sell to be free of manufacturing defects for one year from the time of purchase (except fiber optic tubing, handpiece turbines, light bulbs and compressor and vacuum heads which are guaranteed for 6 months). Should any product fail, for whatever reason due to manufacturing defect, DCI will repair or replace the product at no charge to the customer.
 
Mechanical Room Equipment Distribution Policy
DCI International requires the sale of all mechanical room equipment including compressors & vacuums to be sold within the geographical area where the distributor employs service technicians that routinely service the dental office where DCI products are sold.

The installation of DCI mechanical room products must be performed, by qualified personnel, in accordance to DCI installation instructions as well as local electrical & plumbing regulations. Warranty is void if the distribution policy is not adhered to properly.
