ORDER CHECKLIST
In DCI's commitment to provide you with the best possible service, we need your help to ensure fast processing of your order. When you place your order, please help us to help you by having the following information available:
. Customer number
. Part numbers
. Quantity determined for each part ordered
. Ship-to address, if it is different than the billing address
. Any special instructions for shipping of handling that you require
. For specials or customer configuration of standard product, please call for a price quote.
3-Day Delivery
Orders received by 4:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) are shipped the same day. Orders are shipped for delivery within three business days. You pay only the UPS Ground rate and DCI pays the difference!
You can place phone orders 24-hours a day using our order message service. Just leave your phone order on our voice mail system, and we will process your order the next morning.
