Manually unlock the door through the service menu.
1. Press the M icon in the lower right corner of the touchscreen. 
2. Use the up/down arrows to move to the word SERVICE, then press the icon in the lower left corner. 
3. Use the up/down arrows to move to the word DIAGNOSTIC and press the icon in the lower left corner. 
4. The screen will display DIAGNOSTIC ENTER CODE.  Press the corners in the following order: upper left, lower right, upper right, lower left. 
5. Use the up/down arrows to move to the word NEXT and press the icon in the lower left corner.
6. Use the up/down arrows to move to DOOR OPENING and press the icon in the lower left corner.  Door should unlock.
7. Press the icon in the upper left corner until back at the SELECT A CYCLE screen.
